Coastline and city skyline at dusk

Going global starts with a conversation

We operate city lounges in China and overseas, each led by a local host who meets you in person. Backed by trade AI, cross-border logistics and a verified partner network, we work alongside manufacturers, store operators and traders through every step — sourcing, compliance and launch.

Where you are

Which kind of business are you?

Each stage gets stuck in a different place. Find yours, then see which service answers it.

  1. Manufacturers going abroad

Your product is competitive, but market-entry rules, landed cost and sales channels are unclear.

Trade AI maps the compliance requirements and landed cost; our network connects you with overseas channels and buyers.

    Trade AI
  2. Opening a store overseas

Equipment, furniture and supplies have to come from China, and each item must clear certification and customs.

Whole-store equipment and supplies sourced in one place and shipped together; hosts connect you with design and certification partners.

    Logistics & supply
  3. Wholesale and distribution

You need reliable supply and payment terms, and a clear view of which categories really sell locally.

Direct access to factory clusters and sourcing teams, with full-container and consolidated shipping by destination.

    Logistics & supply
  4. Cross-border e-commerce

Platforms, trademarks, licences and shipping sit with different vendors, and no one team pulls them together.

Meet our e-commerce team at a lounge, with licensing and IP advisers and logistics partners at the same table.

    City Lounges

City Lounges

Settle the details face to face, in your own city

City lounges are our physical business spaces. Each one is led by a local host who receives visiting companies, arranges supply-and-demand meetings and showcases partner products. A request raised at any lounge is shared across the whole lounge network and partner network to find a match.

  • Business meetings

One-to-one meetings and small closed-door sessions; the host invites the partners your project needs.

  • Product showcase

Samples from partner factories and brands, so you can compare specifications and certifications in person.

  • Content and live streaming

Selected lounges include a filming and live-streaming space for product content and overseas social media.

These images illustrate the lounge concept. Photos of each city lounge will be added as they become available.

Open a lounge in your city

Lounges run on a joint-operation model: local operating partners share the build-out and day-to-day running of the space, while our headquarters provides the brand and space standards, operating procedures, the partner network and our trade AI tools. A standard lounge includes a meeting area, a product showcase and a content studio. The initial build-out is around RMB 300,000 in mainland China and around US$100,000 overseas, covering fit-out, furnishing and first-batch supplies.

What matters most to us is a partner’s local industry relationships and client base. If you are considering a lounge in your city, we suggest visiting one of our open lounges first and speaking with the host in person.

Trade AI

Every quote comes with its sources

Our trade AI workspace is built for exporters and trading teams. AI gathers the materials, runs the cost calculations and drafts the documents; specialists review and confirm each item before a unit-price quote is issued.

  1. Source and compare

See overseas retail prices for each product, compare them with similar items in the target market, and shortlist the categories worth pursuing.

  2. Import credentials

Identify the importer of record and licences the destination requires; set them up once, share them across products, and track renewal dates.

  3. Compliance requirements

List every requirement for entering the target market with its official source; anything the materials cannot settle goes to a lawyer.

  4. Landed cost

Calculate the per-unit cost to reach the destination, and list the documents and questions still outstanding.

  5. Unit-price quote

A quote goes to the buyer only when gaps are closed, legal opinions are clear and credentials are within their validity period.

AI calculates, researches and drafts first; people review and confirm.

Targeted matching

Needs and offers from our lounges and partner network are recommended by AI to the relevant partners by industry, region and capability, rather than posted publicly to wait for enquiries.

Logistics and supply chain

From the factory in China to your store overseas, in one chain

Working with long-standing logistics, customs and warehousing partners, we connect sourcing, shipping and launch so you spend less time chasing between vendors.

Container port and cargo ship Illustrative
  • Full container and consolidated

Ocean freight by container type (20GP / 40GP / 40HQ) or by volume, with full-container and consolidated options.

  • Customs coordination

We work with customs partners in the destination country and prepare documents and certifications in advance to shorten waiting time at port.

  • Overseas warehousing

Partnerships with warehouses in the US and other markets for receiving, distribution and local delivery.

  • Whole-store sourcing

Equipment, furniture, tableware and supplies for a new store are sourced in China and shipped in the same container as your main cargo.

  • Factory-cluster sourcing

Direct access to factory clusters in Yiwu, Guangdong, Shandong and beyond, for small custom runs or volume price comparison.

Key markets include the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and Peru. Routes and quotes are confirmed in consultation.

Partner network

Everyone in our network has been met in person

Our partner network lists the companies and people we have met through our lounges and business meetings. Each working relationship can be traced to a specific meeting record. Contact details are never published; introductions are made only with both sides’ consent.

  • Verified entries from in-person meetings
  • Every relationship traceable to its source
  • Contact details private, shared by introduction only
